Extruded Sealants

Our Hot Applied N1 and N2 Sealants are designed to maintain and repair joints in both concrete and asphalt surfaces, particularly in high-traffic areas such as highways, airfields, and car parks. These sealants offer the following advantages:

  • BS EN14188-1 compliance: fully compliant with the relevant industry standards, ensuring the highest quality and performance.
  • Excellent expansion & contraction properties: these sealants expand and contract with the surface, providing reliable performance in changing weather conditions.
  • Protection against water and dirt: the sealants effectively prevent damage caused by water ingress and dirt accumulation, preserving the integrity of the surface.
  • Quick application and cure: can be applied year-round, with rapid curing to minimise disruption to traffic and users of the area.

Cold Applied Fuel-Resistant Joint Sealants

For areas with a high likelihood of fuel spillage, such as aircraft fuelling zones, oil terminals, garage forecourts, and cargo parking areas, we recommend Cold Applied Fuel-Resistant Joint Sealants. These sealants offer:

  • Fuel resistance: they protect joints from diesel, petrol, aircraft fuel, and other hazardous materials, in addition to water and dirt.
  • Excellent expansion & contraction properties: just like our hot-applied sealants, these cold-applied sealants perform effectively under varying environmental conditions.
  • Durability in harsh environments: ideal for areas where fuel resistance is critical, ensuring long-lasting protection.

Specialist Saw Cutting and Joint Reforming Services

In addition to our sealant solutions, we offer specialised saw cutting equipment and services, including:

  • Creation of joints in new/green concrete: to allow the surface to properly expand and contract, ensuring long-term durability.
  • Crack chasing and sealing: we chase out existing cracks in concrete and seal them or apply overbanding, preventing further damage.
  • Reforming existing joints: for the effective reapplication of sealants to existing joints, restoring their protective qualities.
